It gives career seekers a competitive edge – proof to employers that they have the right skills and the right attitude for the job. Florida Ready to Work helps career seekers prepare for the jobs they want and provides a credential, signed by the Governor, showing employers that they are ready for work.

For employers, it takes the guesswork out of hiring, saving time and money. Florida Ready to Work connects employers with employees who have the skills needed to get the job done right – reducing employee training and turnover costs.
