	How to Prepare for Your Placement Specialist Interview Webinar Description: This twenty-four (24) minute narrated webinar seeks to help job seekers prepare for their first Workforce Connection Placement Specialist interview. In order to maximize the success and effectiveness of their placement specialist interview – the job seeker needs to attend the interview having fully prepared for it – in advance. This includes ensuring that their EFM job seeker profile is fully updated and ready for review by their placement specialist. 	Updating Your Background Information in the Employ Florida Marketplace (EFM) Webinar Description: This ten (10) minute narrated webinar provides job seekers with step-by-step instructions for updating the Background section of their EFM profile. The Background section stores information on a job seeker’s educational, employment and job skills history. Any information entered into this section is automatically inserted into the Resume section of EFM.
